All desktop and laptop computers brought to me for repairs will be thoroughly cleaned, inside and out

*Diagnostic fees $20*

Computer diagnostics typically involve using software, hardware, part substitution, partial or complete disassembly, and knowledge accumulated over many years of experience. Often times the diagnosis leads to the realization that the cost of repair exceeds the value of the computer diagnosed. In this case, if the customer elects NOT to repair the computer, the shop still needs to collect the diagnostic fee for the time, effort and experience expended during the course of the diagnosis. *All diagnostic fees are waived if the customer elects to have Carla’s PC repair perform the necessary repairs.

PC Tune Up Comprehensive virus/malware removal, cache and temp files cleaned, and performance optimization  $80

Basic antivirus/malware removal $70

Memory upgrade   $20

Windows update basic $20 

Data recovered from crashed computer $100

Software Installation per title $20

Windows Installation/Upgrade/Repair/Reload includes free antivirus solution  $80

Data Backup/ transfer up to 10 gigs $30

Email repair  $25

LCD replacement depends where LCD cables are located within laptop  $50-$75 + parts

Hard drives are replaced for the cost of the hard drive plus the reload cost of  $80.  Data backup and restore is extra.

Premium Setup and configuration of a new PC  $50

Custom Optimization based on usage profile to maximize PC performance. Remove unwanted programs and trialware to boost PC speed. Perform critical operating system updates and configure automatic installation of future updates. Create an additional user account if needed. Install and configure AVG and Barracuda Malware Tool Removal

Transfer of data -Basic transfer and restore places data in folder on desktop for easy customer access   $20

Deluxe-transfer and restore places all data in proper locations and restores up to two email accounts

Online Peripheral Setup    $20 Our technician ensures the software and files that run the peripheral device are installed properly on your PC. NOTE: This service does not include wireless printers 

Remote IT Support Plan – $90 per hour – $20 per 15 minutes, rounded up*

Useful for software troubleshooting, program installation, and updates. We provide remote computer support for error messages, email problems, and much more. If your computer has high speed internet, can still open a browser and see this site, we can usually fix it remotely. By appointment only. Note: some problems require in-shop repair, during the consultation we will advise you what is needed.

Computer Cleaning - $65 (additional computer are $20) We will thoroughly clean your computer, inside and outside. When we are finished, we will re-connect everything and verify that all of your computer accessories are working properly.

Remote services will only be done between the hours of 8-4 M-F
